Unable to positively identify but possibly Lieutenant Commander Arthur Leyland Harrison, R.N., b. 3 February 1886, Torquay, the son of Arthur John Harrison and Adelaide Ellen Leyland. Died 23 April 1918 whilst taking part in the Zeebrugge raid, his actions on that day leading to the award of the Victoria Cross. Although born in Torquay is not listed in this Roll of Honour for that parish, or elsewhere. No link to Tiverton found.
