Regiment given is as per CWGC, Soliders Died in the Great War 1914 - 1919, Pension Records and Registers of Soliders Effects. However there is a Service Record for the same man showing him attesting for the Devonshire Regiment in October 1916 before being transferred to the Labour Corps in April 1917 and subsequently discharged as "No longer phyiscally fit for War Service" in March 1918, his wife and children listed in this record match the names in the Pension Records.
