Unable to positively identify. Probably Percy Frederick Fey, b. 1892 Exeter. Elizabeth Fey married Lewis James Tregale in 1896, although Percy Frederick appears to have assumed the name Tregale there is no indication that Lewis is the actual father. Pension records have Mary Ann Fey as his Grandmother, Army Registers of Soldiers' Effects has Elizabeth as his mother
